What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 21 calendar days of placing your order. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If an item is found to be defective, or you receive a wrong item, we will gladly accept the return at our own expense. You will get a full refund without any charges.

We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during delivery. Please report to your local postal office to file a dispute for your lost/damaged items.

Important Note: All returns must be received within 21 days from the date of purchase. Please allow adequate time for shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Returns received after the 21 day period will be returned to the customer. All international orders are final and cannot be returned.

What is your exchange policy?

Smurfette’s Store sells out of inventory very quickly, therefore we are unable to process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with an item, please return the item to us. Then place a new order online for an alternative product. 

How do I return an item?

Customers should contact us before returning an item. Please pack the return in the original package, if possible. We also suggest that you use a traceable carrier.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned order?

Returns will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive your package. Refunds will be credited back to your Paypal account.

Is there a charge for returning an item?

There is a 5% restocking fee for returning an item which will be deducted from your refund. 

Is there a shipping fee for a refused shipment?

In the event a shipment is refused, we will process it as a return. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with that package. For US shipment refusals, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international shipment refusals, return Duties and Taxes along with return shipping fee will also be assessed at your expense.
