How do I place an order?

Ordering on Smurfette's Store is simple, easy and secure. Follow these 3 easy steps to checkout:

Step 1 - Shop the Blog. To add an item to your shopping bag, select your size and/or your desired shipping method, then click "Add to Cart" on the product detail page.

Step 2 - When you have finished shopping, click on the View Cart button at the top-right of the page to review your selections.

Step 3 - Check out with a secure transaction using PayPal.

What methods of payment does Smurfette’s Store accept?

Smurfette’s Store only accepts PayPal. PayPal is a fast, safe way to pay online without sharing any financial information with us. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After you place an order with Smurfette’s Store, you will receive two emails from us -- an order confirmation to detail your transaction and a shipment notification with tracking information once your order is shipped out. Please note that only orders shipped to U.S. addresses are traceable. 

How can I change or cancel an order?

After placing your order, you have one (1) hour to make changes or cancel it.  After an hour, your order will begin processing and we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

In additional to change/cancellation requests, you can send requests for a new invoice, combined shipping, etc.

You can either use the Contact Form in our Blog to send your requests or email us directly at smurfettestore@gmail.com.

Important Note:
This service is free if you want to add an extra item to your order or if you want to remove an item and add something else instead. Otherwise there is a $1 processing fee for each item removed from your order. If you want to cancel the entire order, this fee will apply to each item in your order.
